dc.description.abstract The purpose of this study was to investigate the talent management approaches applied by restructuring NonGovernmental Organizations (NGOs) in Kenya. The study used the descriptive research design. The target population was 184 Human Resource Managers of NGOs. Random sampling was used to draw a sample of 55 respondents. Data were collected using a structured questionnaire, analyzed using the SPSS tool and interpreted using frequencies and percentages. en_US
